Campus Dinning

Because there are no dining options close to the college
commuters are asked to either bring their lunch or eat in the
campus dining hall where meals can be purchased.

Scholarships

A limited number of scholarships to cover the
seminar registration fee may be available for those
who would be unable to attend this retreat due to
financial reasons.  Unfortunately, there are
currently not funds available to provide room and
board scholarships.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Up until June 15, 2019 refunds are
available less a $20 processing
fee.

There will be no refunds after June
15th.
Full Retreat Package:

Payment by June 1, 2019:  $499

Payment after June 1st:  $564

Includes:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday workshops with
Regina;

On campus single occupancy bedrooms*
Thursday July 11th to Sunday July 14th;

Meals:  Dinner Friday, and Saturday;  Lunch
Friday, Saturday and Sunday,  Breakfast Friday,
Saturday and Sunday.

*On campus housing includes two and four
bedroom suites.  The bedrooms are single
private occupancy rooms.  Each suite has a
kitchen and living room.  The double
occupancy suites have one bathroom while
the 4 bedroom suites have one full and one
half bathroom.  

Room assignment will be made by the
retreat coordinator and you can contact him
if you have special accommodation needs.
Scholarship Fund Donation

Us the donation button below if you would like to
contribute to the scholarship fund which will help
those who would otherwise be unable to attend the
retreat.  The donation is tax deductible.
